We never go to the cinema, and since we were on vacation we decided to spend money just this once and did the IMAX 3D Tintin. I don't think the 3D really added much to the film (then again, I am not a big fan of 3D films anyway) but the IMAX was very nice. I don't know about the Tintin character, though. So my roommate was out walking her dog, who was suddenly attacked by a rooster that lives in one of backyards and sometimes gets loose. (Yeah, this is a college town, so people have all sorts of weird shit) Her dog is about 60 pounds, so not that small, and the rooster wasn't intimidated at all.  So one of the things that put me off Google Chrome is the absence of AdBlock/AdBlock Plus, which gets rid of all the ads on Facebook, LiveJournal (yes, ALL of them. It's like having a paid account, shhh!), Gmail, etc. But I have now found an extension of AdBlock for Chrome and can finally enjoy LiveJournal again without any of the annoying ads.
